What materials are used in APM Monaco jewelry?
Our jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality 925 sterling silver. Many of our pieces are also plated in yellow or rose gold and embellished with shimmering cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls, or other semi-precious stones.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every APM Monaco piece comes with a 2-year international warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or accidental damage.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics. Store your jewelry in its original pouch when not in use and clean it gently with a soft polishing cloth.
